Queen City Harm Reduction (QCHR) is a division of Center for Prevention Services that provides lifesaving resources to people in Mecklenburg County who are actively navigating substance use dependency, empowering them to overcome challenges and live healthier lives.​​ This community-rooted initiative is grounded in compassion, respect, and radical acceptance and provides no cost, judgment-free services and resources that promote safety, dignity, and wellness.
