Center for Prevention Services links participants to social service agencies and helps them access government aid; obtain IDs and Social Security cards; apply for disability benefits; and secure insurance coverage.

The QCHR team is available to connect individuals in need with trusted healthcare providers, while also scheduling appointments and attending initial medical visits to ensure they feel supported and understood. ​

Through individual advocacy, Center for Prevention Services is turning empathy into action and dignity into hope. We strive to ensure that all participants have access to essentials like food, clothing, shelter, and kind, compassionate care.

Through QCHR, Center for Prevention Services connects individuals seeking substance use treatment or medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) with qualified, trusted providers and accompanying them through the first steps of care.

As the QCHR team assists individuals with accessing critical aid programs, they also assist with the applications to ensure paperwork is accurate. Center for Prevention Services is reducing barriers that often prevent in in need from receiving support.
