Center for Prevention Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing substance use across the Greater Piedmont region of North Carolina. Through evidence-based strategies and community-driven programming, Center for Prevention Services continues to expand its scope of services and support to meet evolving public health needs.

​Center for Prevention Services is proud to be supported by a diverse network of funding sources that make our prevention and harm reduction work possible across six counties: Mecklenburg, Union, Stanly, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Davidson.  We receive vital support from state and federal grants, local foundations, and generous private donors.
